SingingBowlPlanet.com offers a 15 window for all product returns.

Shipping – All products will be shipped UPS Ground. (If you require other means of shipping, you will need to contact us prior to placing your order.)

Product Returns – Due to the extensive time involved for set selection a 30% restocking fee will be applied for all "Set" returns (all other products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee).

Return Shipping – In addition, the customer will be responsible for the arrangement and payment of return shipping. Shipping of all returns must be shipped and insured through a reputable shipper. Prior to return shipping SingingBowlPlanet.com must be contacted with shipper information (i.e. - tracking numbers, etc.).
